When renting from the mainland, customers may only travel to Andorra, France and Portugal. If you intent to cross a border you must purchase a cover costing 9EUR per day, with a minimum cost of 27EUR and a maximum of 90EUR. Travel to and between islands is not permitted.
Terminal rental counter and pick-up
On arrival at Alicante airport please go the desk in the arrivals hall. Vehicles must be returned to the car rental provider car park. (Contact number ). IMPORTANT: In case of a flight delay, please contact the local office to inform about your new arrival time.

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
